 Why use an automated hydraulic pile breaker?

 

The automatic hydraulic pile breaker is an automatic pile breaker developed in accordance with the trend of modern infrastructure construction and building expansion. In the construction of tall buildings, in order to make the foundation of the building more stable, the pile head is usually raised part of the ground when driving the pile. Before the construction of the ground building, the part above the ground needs to be knocked off with tools. This step is called breaking the pile head. In the past, the broken pile heads were manually chiseled with an air pick. Manual pile breaking is not only slow, but also prone to injury. As modern buildings are getting taller and higher, the height of the foundation is also gradually getting higher, so manual work can no longer meet the needs of broken piles. Therefore, the automatic hydraulic pile breaker gradually replaces the manual pile breaking and becomes an important application in the engineering field.

 

How does a hydraulic pile breaker work?

 

1. Assemble the corresponding number of modules according to the construction pile diameter

2. Suspend the installed hydraulic pile breaker on the front end of the excavator and link the excavator pipeline or hydraulic station pipeline

3. Enter the construction site, put the pile breaker on the pile head to be broken, and use the power of the excavator to break the pile

4. Move the pile breaker down 30~50cm and continue to break the pile

5. Repeat steps 2 and 3 until the pile head is broken.

 

Application of Pile Breaker in Modern Engineering

 

Hydraulic pile breakers are widely used in various construction sites. Common construction fields include house construction, square piles, bridge piles, cast-in-place piles, prefabricated piles, etc. Pile breakers are available in square and round models and can be used to break piles of corresponding shapes. The round pile breaker is suitable for 200~2200mm piles, and the square type is suitable for intercepting 300~650mm piles.
