How to drill a deep water well?

Generally speaking, there are three types of construction procedures for drilling deep water wells:

 

1. Be convenient and healthy. Drill the well, find some charcoal, wrap it in a bag and throw it down. Pressed at the bottom of the well, it can absorb foreign toxins. There is water. Put a few small fish. Test water quality for safety. They are all very spiritual.

 

Second, it is necessary to consider whether the depth of the well is reasonable. Is there any damage to the inverted cable conduit or the like?

 

 

Three, in line with traditional stress. The method of feng shui is based on water, and the utilization and development of wells is an important symbol of human transformation of nature and further expansion of living space. Now except for remote areas, tap water is used everywhere, and water wells are not as important as before, but water wells are still used in some places in the countryside, and water wells are also dug in villa areas in cities for backup.

1. Select the wellhead position. According to the requirements, dig a circular well with the same diameter as the drill bit and approximately the same depth as the drill bit, and put the drill bit into it.

 

2. Align the drilling machine turntable hole with the round well to be dug, and place the drilling machine. Hang a rope from the pulley above the derrick and tie an object, adjust the outrigger so that the rope is aligned with the turntable hole, and place a large wooden block under the outrigger to make the outrigger stable and reliable.

 

3. Dig a mud pool with a width of 2 meters, a length of 3 meters and a depth of 1 meter near the deep water well drilling machine 5 meters away, which is used for mud mixing when the drilling rig drills into the sand layer.

 

4. Place a submersible pump in a well or other water source near the well machine point, and connect the submersible pump to the pressure head with a water pipe. It is used for flushing mud when drilling.

 

5. When docking the drill pipe, the throttle of the diesel engine should be small, and the drill pipe should not swing left and right as far as possible, so as to avoid premature damage to the drill pipe thread.

 

6. When the drilling speed of the drill bit encounters the hard soil layer and the drilling speed is slow, the pressure rod can be used to increase the speed. If the drill pipe is skewed, the hook on the pressure rod can be used to adjust it.

 

7. When drilling wells, according to the geological conditions, it is determined to use clean water or mud when drilling the soil layer, and use mud to mix sand when encountering sand layers to avoid stasis.

 

8. After the work of the drilling rig is completed, the rod must be withdrawn. When withdrawing the rod, the lifting wrench is pulled to rotate the drum through friction to drive the drill pipe up. When the screw head of the female rod is exposed. Close the valve below the turntable, put on the reverse gear, and you can withdraw the rod.

 

9. When withdrawing the rod, pay attention to avoid the swing of the mother rod to avoid thread damage, and at the same time, the staff should tighten the wire rope. As soon as the thread is disengaged, it is separated immediately. Avoid relative movement between the external thread and the internal thread, which will damage the thread.
